However, I am not sure I would fault the company for this, as shipping during one of the busiest times of the year can obviously be delayed.
Personally, I would not have waited until the week before Christmas to order such a large-ticket item.

Ordering, Cancellation, and Refusal of Delivery
Ordering
After placing your order, your chair will be shipped within 1-2 days if in stock.
Shipping
Freight companies will be used to ship your chair instead of UPS or FedEx due to its large size.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before the chair is delivered.
After delivery, you will need to submit an order return.
Order Return
RELAXONCHAIR offers a 30-day return policy, where you may return your chair for a full refund minus return freight cost.
Freight costs will be covered if the cause of the return is due to damage during transit, a defective part, or RELAXONCHAIR’s mistake.
Refusal of delivery
