Neither our Company nor its affiliates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Website. You expressly agree that use of the Website is at your sole risk.

We are not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website. We reserve the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between the Company and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Our company shall not be liable for the contents of its books since the content is only for informational and educational purposes, and should never be construed as medical advice.

We offer chargeable and non-chargeable services.
- Non chargeable services
We have blog posts addressing common questions that people ask about issues related to older adults, diseases, medications, drug interactions, and their adverse effects.
- Chargeable service
We provide e-courses pertaining to stroke, medication management, polypharmacy, medication safety, and the management of dementia. Additionally, we sell e-books addressing the same.
We charge a fee when purchasing the e-books and/or our e-courses and any related audio files. We reserve the right to change the purchase price of e-books, e-courses, and audio files at our sole discretion. The prices are subject to review. In case of any changes in pricing, we shall notify you via our pricing section beforehand.
Accompanying audio recordings of lessons and lectures available for purchase only if the corresponding e-courses are purchased:
As part of the purchase of the e-books and/or e-courses, customers will have private access to a Facebook group. Upon purchase of our e-books and e-courses, instructions to join the exclusive Facebook community will be included in your purchase receipt and confirmation. Specific rules governing entry into and continued access to the Facebook group will be made available at the time of registration into the said group.
We retain the right to immediately remove any community member for using racist, homophobic, intimidating, berating, disrespectful, inappropriate, or obscene language, or harassment/bullying of other members.
- For any additional services that we have or might have in future, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or our website.
Returns and refunds
We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee only for the purchase of the e-book and e-courses, which begins from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that this is a firm deadline.
If you are unhappy with your e-book and/or e-course purchase and would like to request a refund, please email us at support@geriatricacademy.com within the 30-day purchase period for a full refund to your original method of payment. Please include your name, date of purchase, and order number.
We may follow up with a short survey via email asking for feedback as to how we could have improved your customer experience or the digital content. If you have purchased our online course or courses, you may only keep any downloadable files that were provided with the course material. You will not be able to have continued access to the online course content once your refund has been successfully processed. Your membership in the Facebook community will also be immediately canceled.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
