There was another complaint from a customer, David W, that a massage chair he had ordered as a Christmas gift had not arrived.

However, I am not sure I would fault the company for this, as shipping during one of the busiest times of the year can obviously be delayed.

Personally, I would not have waited until the week before Christmas to order such a large-ticket item.
